Journeyman HVAC-R Technician - Duluth​/Superior

Our HVAC‑R Service Technicians provide skilled services relating to repair, installation, and commissioning for all new and existing HVAC‑R systems. Perform site maintenance tasks, as well as annual site inspections at all customers Commercial and Industrial facilities. Ensure strong communication both internal and external to the department.

• Be provided information, tools and training necessary for success
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair HVAC‑R systems for both commercial and industrial customers
• Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical and electrical components of systems.
• Interpret work orders and perform work requested with limited direction. Enter and close work orders via the Service software platform.
• Operate a variety of tools and machines incidental to operations.
• Requisition of repair parts and equipment.
• Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedure
• Always adhere to all safety and vehicle related policies, and comply with Company policy and standards
• Represent the company on customer locations/sites for service work in the regional area.
• Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assigned.

• Two-year HVAC technical school degree, or years associated experience for Journeyman.
• Working knowledge of HVAC‑R equipment and techniques, drawings and specifications, and required standards applicable to discipline.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills to effectively represent the company in an ethical and professional manner and consistent with our values and mission.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts; weekends, holidays and emergency on-call as needed.
• Valid State Driver's license, and able to travel to customer locations.
• Ability to learn and use a Jamar software platform.
• Must join local 11

• CFC/EPA Universal Certification

• Wages and other benefits are paid in accordance with the Local #11 Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• $40 -$45 per hour depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
