As a Hot Tub Service Technician, you will play a vital role in our hot tub service department, responsible for diagnosing and repairing various issues with hot tubs, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks on hot tubs and swimming pools, including troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
  • Complete service calls in a timely manner, adhering to schedules and ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and provide clear explanations of repair options and costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the service manager and other team members to ensure all service requests are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in hot tub service and maintenance.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Assist with other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
Skill Requirements
  • 1-2 years in hot tub and/or swimming pool service, repair, or maintenance is preferred.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet service deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
