Location
Duluth, Clouquet, Two Harbors, Minnesota
Pay$29 - $32 per hour
HoursMonday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, some weekends as needed, on-call rotation with other properties

The Maintenance Technician refurbs apartments prior to resident occupancy and performs general repairs, painting, carpentry, and limited extermination services. You will use your own vehicle to drive to other properties and will be reimbursed for mileage. You must provide and use your own basic tools.
Responsibilities- Refurbish apartments before resident occupancy
- Perform general maintenance repairs, painting, carpentry, and limited extermination services
- Drive to other properties using your own vehicle and receive mileage reimbursement
- Use your own basic tools for maintenance tasks
- 1 to 3 years of maintenance experience
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Effective communication in English
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation
- Must obtain a Boilers license within 90 days of employment; company will pay for exam and study material
