Job Description
Join our team as a Carpenter specializing in residential construction, including building and remodeling houses, garages, and pole sheds. We value a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, providing training for individuals eager to develop their carpentry skills. You'll work primarily on new home construction and residential remodeling projects within small teams of 2-5 people, with occasional local travel between sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform framing, remodeling, siding installation, roofing, and deck building
- Install cabinets and handle materials efficiently
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Collaborate with small teams throughout project phases
- Occasionally travel locally between multiple job sites
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in carpentry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques and blueprint reading
- Proficiency with power tools and adherence to safety protocols
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in a team
