What you’ll do as Product Manager:
Product Management & Project Delivery:
Lead product introductions, changes, and updates organization-wide.
Coordinate business case proposals, product requirements, and specifications.
Support product lifecycle decisions (launch, upgrade, phase-out).Lead project execution and stakeholder communication.
Market and Competitor Insight:
Analyse market intelligence, competitor offerings, trends, and product performance to inform strategy.
Identify gaps and opportunities to enhance product and company competitiveness.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Management:
Collaborate cross-functionally to align project activities with product requirements.
Prepare product updates, presentations, and internal communications.
Coordinate dependencies and communicate project progress.
Ensure stakeholder alignment on product updates and decisions.
You are:
Experience &
Education:
Experience in a product-focused role (e.g., engineering, supply chain, operations) within a product-led organization, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Commercial Acumen:
Possesses strong commercial understanding.
Analytical & Organizational
Skills:
Demonstrates strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: A clear communicator with good presentation skills, confident engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Self-Motivation & Ownership:
Self-motivated to take ownership of deliverables, consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
Adaptability & Growth Mindset:
Comfortable in fast-paced environments, culturally aware, and committed to continuous business and personal growth.
