This position sits in our Chivas Brothers business. At Chivas Brothers, our 1,600-strong team across 27 sites is committed to upholding the heritage of Scotch and ensuring its sustainable future, as well as opening it up to new audiences across the globe.

The scope of Operations stretches from Procurement through conversion (distillation and maturation) and manufacturing (or bottling) to all the downstream Supply Chain activities until the final product is delivered. In addition, Operations play a very active role in Innovation, Talent Development and Operational Risk Management.

Our bottling halls are based at our Kilmalid Campus, bottling historic brands such as Glen Livet, Beefeater, Chivas and Ballantine’s, the focus on quality is paramount. The Bottling Administrator supports the Manufacturing team by delivery of key administrative duties and use of business systems to provide accurate and timely information to support Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), decision making and reporting. Additionally, the Bottling Administrator will proactively resource the department to demand requirement on a daily, weekly, monthly basis in line with Factory Manager, Bottling Team Leaders, and Production Planner.

You will have seven main areas of responsibility:

• Health & Safety – to be key point of contact for support of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) vending and the annual allocation of PPE workwear in Bottling and to be responsible for QSHE records on our systems
