This well-established M&E contractor has developed an outstanding reputation for delivering complex building services projects throughout Scotland. With a strong pipeline of secured projects across commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, defence and public sector environments, they are continuing to invest in their pre-construction function and are looking to appoint a talented Electrical Estimator to support future growth.Your new roleAs Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for a range of building services projects across Scotland.

Working closely with clients, consultants, suppliers and operational teams, you will play a key role in securing profitable new business and ensuring successful project delivery from the outset.Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing detailed electrical estimates and competitive tender submissions.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
