Your new companyDue to a significant increase in secured workload across major defence, infrastructure and commercial projects, our client is seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their leadership team.
This established and highly respected M&E contractor has built a strong reputation throughout Scotland for delivering complex mechanical and building services projects across a diverse range of sectors, including commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, residential and public sector developments. With a substantial pipeline of secured work and ambitious growth plans, they are now looking to strengthen their operational team with the appointment of a Mechanical Contracts Manager.
Your new role
As Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple mechanical building services projects across Scotland, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, managing projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and final handover.
