Due to a significant increase in secured workload across major defence, infrastructure and commercial projects, our client is seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join their pre-construction team.

This established M&E contractor has an enviable reputation within the Scottish Building Services market and continues to secure high-profile projects across healthcare, education, commercial, industrial, residential and public sector environments. Following several major project wins and a strong pipeline of future work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Estimator to support their continued growth.
Your new role
As Mechanical Estimator, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of tenders and pre-construction activities across a diverse portfolio of projects throughout Scotland.

Working closely with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal project teams, you will be responsible for producing accurate and commercially competitive mechanical estimates from initial enquiry through to tender submission.
Key responsibilities will include:
