Travel Service Partner – Asda Travel Money

Location: Dumbarton

Hours: 16 per week

Pay: £13.50 per hour + monthly bonus

Contract: Permanent, Part Time

• Welcoming customers, building relationships and delivering fantastic customer service
• Understanding what matters most to each customer and helping them with their travel money needs
• Putting training into action and offering expert advice on products and services, converting interest into sales
• Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding team sales targets
• Working in a fast-paced environment processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately so customers leave happy
• Working together as a team driving performance, delivering excellence and celebrating success together
• Following company processes and paying attention to the detail to ensure everything stays on track.

• Bureau visit – Meet the Bureau Manager, see the bureau in action, and ask questions
• Offer – If it’s a good fit, we’ll offer you the role and begin pre-employment checks (Criminal Conviction, Credit, and Sanctions checks) in line with compliance requirements
