As Head of Health and Community Care, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our strategic priorities and leading services through an evolving and challenging environment.

You will be responsible for providing strategic direction, operational leadership and governance across a significant portfolio of integrated services, while supporting the continued development of the Partnership's vision for health and social care.

Working closely with senior leaders across the NHS, Local Authority and wider partner organisations, you will lead service improvement and transformation programmes, drive performance, ensure effective use of resources and support the delivery of high-quality services for our communities.
