Cornerstone is seeking compassionate Complex Care Practitioners to support six individuals to live happy, independent lives in their own homes. Up to 39 hours per week with full training and ongoing support to help you become confident in the role.
You’ll work with people who have varying needs, including learning disabilities, taking part in everyday activities, shopping, meetings and social clubs. Shifts include early mornings, evenings, weekends and sleepovers.
