Overview

Social Worker (Contract – 2 Weeks). This short-term contract role is for an experienced Social Worker seeking immediate availability to contribute to meaningful outcomes. You’ll work as part of a supportive team and make a real difference for individuals and families.

• Conduct assessments and use evidence-based practice to identify needs
• Develop support plans and coordinate next steps with relevant stakeholders
• Manage casework in line with professional standards and safeguarding requirements
• Write clear, timely reports and maintain accurate records
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and service reviews
• Support service users with referrals, signposting, and resource access
