An established and growing accountancy practice is seeking an experienced Accounts Senior to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious accounting professional who is looking to develop their career while working with a diverse portfolio of clients and gaining exposure to a broad range of accounting responsibilities.
The successful candidate will join a supportive team environment where they will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals, develop technical expertise and build strong client relationships.
The Role
- Prepare accounts for a varied portfolio of clients, including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
- Assist with the preparation of corporation tax computations and associated compliance work.
- Complete bookkeeping assignments, VAT returns and management accounts.
- Prepare accurate financial information while ensuring work meets professional standards and deadlines.
- Assist with the submission of statutory accounts and tax returns.
