The Role As Cost Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis and reporting across the UK operation. Working closely with both finance and manufacturing teams, you'll be responsible for monitoring production costs, analysing variances and providing valuable insights to support business performance and decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and reviewing production cost activities for the Dumfries manufacturing site.
• Analysing production costs, variances and profitability trends.
• Supporting forecasting, budgeting and annual operating plan processes across Europe.
• Preparing financial reports and management information for key stakeholders.
• Assisting with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Managing stock valuation updates and aged inventory reviews within SAP.
