As a Travel Services Partner you will be part of a friendly team in one of our bureaux, supporting customers with their travel money needs and delivering brilliant service every time.

• Welcoming customers and building relationships while delivering excellent customer service.
• Understanding customer needs and helping them with their travel money requirements.
• Applying training to offer expert advice on our products and services.
• Processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Working together as a team to drive performance, deliver excellence and celebrate success.
• Following company processes and paying attention to detail to ensure everything stays on track.
