What makes an engaging lesson for primary pupils or adults developing their skills? How do we share our passion and knowledge about the environment in ways that inspire others? What goes into making effective educational and training materials?

We invite you to join our team as a Project Officer (Training and Education). This full time permanent appointment is 37 hours per week. Flexible working can be discussed and reduced hours may be considered.

• Create digital training materials.
• Support our school education programme.
• Help develop our environmental restoration training programme.
• Develop educational projects and materials about ecological interests or specialisms.

• Living (or relocating) to Dumfries and Galloway is essential.
• Full UK driving licence and right to live and work in the UK.
• Successful PVG check.
• Experience that meets desirable criteria may lead to higher remuneration above the starting salary of £29,000 Pro Rata.

As with any CCC role you’ll be working across projects. We’re interdisciplinary, and are always interested in how the skills and passions of team members can support each other and create innovative, unique outcomes.
