Are you a Project Engineer or Project Manager who enjoys combining engineering, project delivery and customer interaction
?
We're looking for an experienced engineering professional to take ownership of a portfolio of installation, refurbishment and repair projects.
You'll manage projects from initial scope and planning through to completion, working closely with customers, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams.
What you'll be doing- Managing projects against time, cost and quality requirements
- Coordinating engineering teams and site activities
- Conducting surveys and site inspections
- Producing quotations and project solutions
- Managing project budgets and profitability
- Producing project plans, GANTT charts and reports
- Managing project risks and H&S requirements
- Providing technical guidance to engineering teams
- Engineering qualification or equivalent experience
- Mechanical installation/commissioning knowledge
- Full UK driving licence
The position involves regular travel to customer sites, occasional overnight stays and participation in an on-call rota.
