Support Worker – Precious Design Studio

£12.70 per hour | Full‑time / Part‑time & Occasional hours | Charnwood Gardens, Dumfries & Galloway Office

We offer full‑time, part‑time, and occasional hours. You’ll need to be flexible to work weekends as part of a rota.

• 28 days holiday per annum inclusive of bank holidays (+1 day every year up to 33 days)

• Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication
• Encourage independence through a person‑centred approach
• Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities
• Keep clear, accurate records

• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Personal care experience (helpful, but not essential)
