This is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity, offering a clear pathway to transition into a permanent role within a maximum of three months, where you will secure a stable, yearly salary.

Enjoy a dynamic workday with a variation of shift patterns and multiple house visits per day:

• Early
  
  Shifts:
  
  Starting from 07:00
• Late
  
  Shifts:
  
  Ending at 22:00

• Competitive Hourly Rates:
  Highly competitive pay with enhanced rates for weekend work.
• Mileage Allowance:
  Generous mileage paid at £0.45 per mile while at the service to cover your travel between visits.
• Career Progression:
  Seamless transition to a permanent contract with a fixed annual salary.

• Experience:
  
  A minimum of 6 months of care experience is essential. However, the right attitude is just as important, as comprehensive training is fully provided.
• Transport:
  You must be a driver with access to your own vehicle due to the community nature of the role.

You must live within a 1-hour parameter of Dumfries and Galloway, ideally near:

• Castle Douglas, Dumfries, Lockerbie, Newton Stewart, or Stranraer.
