Part time (25 hours) increasing to full time (36 hours) after completion of 2 month training programme.

To provide safe, professional, and deeply empathetic support to clients undergoing Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT).
As a Trainee Chamber Operator, you will be the face of Just Breathe O2, ensuring that every person who walks through our doors feels heard, safe, and respected. You will often work with people who are trying a new and unfamiliar therapy. Your ability to soothe nerves and explain processes clearly and patiently is essential.

Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Learn to safely prepare, operate, and monitor our Monoplace and Multiplace hyperbaric chambers to administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy to clients (Full specialist training will be provided to the role holder).
- Client Care:Guide clients through their sessions, from initial welcome to post- session debriefs, ensuring their physical and emotional comfort throughout.
- Safe Space Advocacy:Maintain a strictly confidential, non-judgmental, and inclusive environment for all individuals.
- Clinical Diligence: Follow rigorous health and safety protocols and maintain accurate client records. Maintain the equipment in optimal working condition through regular cleaning, disinfection and maintenance. Respond promptly to any medical emergencies
- Education: A good standard of general education to SCQF Level 6, Highers or equivalent qualifications.
- Professionalism & Integrity: A high degree of professionalism with the ability to handle sensitive information with total discretion.

Excellent written and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact warmly and effectively with clients via email and telephone. - Active Listening: You should be someone who genuinely enjoys listening to people and feels comfortable sitting with them through vulnerable moments.
- Attention to Detail: You take pride in accuracy, ensuring that client records and notes are maintained to a high standard.
- IT Proficiency: You are comfortable using IT systems and digital tools for daily administration and data entry.
- Reliability: You are highly dependable and understand the importance of consistency and punctuality in a therapeutic environment.
- Process Oriented: The ability to follow established work processes and procedures diligently to ensure client safety and service quality.
