Support Worker job in Dumfries (DG1)
Pay: £15.07 to £16.68 per hour
Hours: Full time or part time

What will you do- Give person centred care in residential homes, supported living and the community.
- Help people build confidence and develop life skills.
- Offer emotional support and promote independence.
- Right to work in the UK.
- At least 6 months paid UK care experience in the last 3 years.
- An Enhanced DBS for England or Wales, or PVG for Scotland, or AccessNI.
- Clear communication skills.
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
- Qualities such as integrity, respect and empathy.
- Flexible shifts through our Health Force Go app.
- Full time and part time hours.
