• Provides the office-based communication link between Customer & Company handling orders, price and delivery enquiries – promptly and efficiently. Constant liaison with various internal functions and other Gates facilities ensures specific customer requirements are met.

• Applies knowledge of how the team integrates with other teams to achieve objectives
• Provides solutions to atypical problems based on proven practices or procedures

  • 2-4 years of experience within a Customer Service environment
  • No degree requirements, however, educated to Standard Grade level (or equivalent) education plus relevant experience within a customer service environment.
  • Must have logical and methodical way of working to facilitate cross-over between correspondents.
  • Must be able to always communicate effectively and professionally.
