Guaranteed year 1 earnings of £41,388 inclusive of allowances with OTE up to £60,000 based on top performers. Sign‑on bonus of £1,000 applicable in eligible locations.

Shifts:

Average 40‑hour week with a variety of shift pattern options. Flexibility to choose a schedule that best suits personal and professional needs. Rest days and shift length vary by pattern selected.

• Starting and finishing on your driveway paid from the moment you get in your van to the moment you get home.
• Working independently across varied locations and conditions, while remaining a valued part of a supportive team.
• Using technical knowledge and clear communication to help ensure a positive customer experience.
• Solving problems on the spot, using technical skills and a calm approach to handle a wide range of roadside situations.

• NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience.
• Full category B driving licence with 6 points or less.
• Confidence in using and adapting to new technology.
• Flexibility to work shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
