What to Expect
- Join our team as a full‑time Production & Warehouse Operator at our Dumfries facility, working various shift patterns.
- Both temporary and permanent roles are available, with a £850 hiring bonus that may apply.
- Report to the Shift Coordinators and Production Manager and support the manufacturing and warehousing of quality products.
- Work in line with Standard Working Practices and contribute to meeting daily production targets.
- Operate equipment and processes per Standard Working Practices and Manufacturing Operating Procedures.
- Keep work areas clean and organized throughout and at the end of shifts.
- Accurately update hourly production records.
- Report hazardous practices, equipment, or near‑miss incidents.
- Meet quality and productivity targets as part of a team.
- Follow procedures precisely to ensure safety and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and keep your work area tidy during and after shifts.
- Be accurate and timely: log production data correctly and report issues promptly.
- Stay safety‑focused and report any unsafe conditions or near misses immediately.
- Work as a team player and cooperate with colleagues to meet daily quality and productivity targets.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment or on shifts is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong manual dexterity and numeracy skills.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on safety and maintaining a clean workspace.
