Staff Nurse Occupational Health

Are you a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for an opportunity to develop your career in Occupational Health? We are seeking an enthusiastic Band 5 Nurse to join our friendly and supportive Occupational Health & Safety team. This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about promoting the health, wellbeing and safety of NHS staff and employees of external organisations who collaborate with us whilst developing specialist skills within occupational health practice.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality occupational health services, supporting employees across a wide range of clinical and non-clinical settings. Your work will include pre-placement health assessments, immunisation programmes, health surveillance, employee wellbeing initiatives and supporting managers and staff with workplace health matters.

We welcome applications from registered nurses with excellent communication and organisational skills, a proactive approach to learning and a genuine interest in staff health and wellbeing. Previous occupational health experience is not essential, as training and development opportunities will be provided for the right candidate.
