NHS Ayrshire & Arran in Dumfries and Galloway is recruiting an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the Acute Frailty Team. You will assess, diagnose and manage frail older patients across acute hospital services, working autonomously within a dynamic multidisciplinary team.
This is a two fixed-term post ending on 31/03/2027. The role offers opportunities to lead, educate and influence practice across the organisation and to shape frailty services.
