We are seeking motivated Clinical Nurse Specialists to join NHS Dumfries & Galloway's Acute Frailty Team. Two fixed-term posts ending 31/03/2027, with opportunities for secondment discussed with line managers.
You will assess, diagnose and manage frail older patients across acute services, working autonomously within a dynamic MDT to shape frailty care and improve outcomes. Joining a forward-thinking team, you will have the chance to lead, educate and influence practice across the organisation
