Catering Assistant, Garden Wise Garden Centre

Job Summary

We are looking for Full & Part Time Permanent Catering Assistants to join the team in our Restaurant in Garden Wise Garden Centre.

Our competitive rates of pay range from £10 to £12.25 per hour dependent on age. Roles available are 40 hours per week over 5 days & 20 per week over 4 days. All positions include weekends working so flexibility is a must.

As a Catering Assistant
, you have a responsibility to support the kitchen team in preparing fabulous meals to order for our customers.

• Support in all areas of food production working with fresh ingredients.
• Preparing hot and cold snacks and deli items to order.
• Carry out food preparation checks in line with food hygiene safety standards.
• Cleaning of all back of house and kitchen preparation areas and equipment.
• Closing back of house area each day to our company standards.

• Excellent communication skills.
