Delivery Driver/General Assistant

We are looking for a Part Time Permanent Delivery Driver/General Assistant to join the team in our Garden Wise Garden Centre.

The hours for this position are 24 per week over 3 days:
Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.

Our competitive rate of pay for this role is £12.75 per hour.

You must be 25 years or older due to insurance restrictions.

As a Delivery Driver/General Assistant you will carry out customer deliveries, ensuring safe vehicle operation and providing excellent customer service.

• Carrying out customer deliveries
• Till operation and serving customers when required
• Stock replenishment and merchandising across all departments
• Merchandising stock
• Other duties associated with a retail environment

• Strong customer service skills
• Full understanding of safe warehouse operation and manual handling
• Forklift licence and a valid driving licence
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail when checking stock
• Hardworking
