We are working with a highly successful and fast-growing organisation within the hospitality, food service and procurement sector who are looking for an ambitious Area Sales Manager to join their expanding team across Belfast and surrounding areas.

The Role:

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing and growing relationships with existing customers across the hospitality sector.

Your responsibilities will include:

✔ Developing relationships with hotels, restaurants, leisure venues and hospitality businesses
✔ Identifying new business opportunities across your territory
✔ Attending client meetings and providing consultative sales solutions
✔ Building long-term partnerships with key decision makers
✔ Managing the full sales process from introduction through to close
✔ Achieving and exceeding sales targets

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for someone who is:

✅ Experienced in B2B sales, account management or business development
✅ Confident building relationships face-to-face
✅ Target driven with a passion for winning new business
✅ Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills
✅ Self-motivated and comfortable managing their own territory

Experience with in hospitality, food service, catering, FMCG, wholesale or procurement would be advantageous but is not essential.
