Groundcare; Horticultural Service Technician Depot

Our Service Technicians perform diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on agricultural and horticultural machinery, both in our busy workshop and on-site at our customers’ locations. We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our team, specifically focussing on ground care/horticultural machinery & equipment, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch if this role is of interest to you.

• Perform diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work accurately and efficiently
• Use diagnostic tools and technical manuals to identify and resolve issues
• Carry out pre‑delivery inspections and prepare equipment for customer use
• Complete job cards, service reports, and warranty documentation accurately
• Provide technical support and advice to customers when required
• Ensure all work is completed in line with manufacturer guidelines and health & safety standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised working environment

• Previous experience as a ground care, horticultural, small engine, or similar technician
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of petrol, diesel, battery‑powered, and robotic equipment
• Ability to use computer applications and manufacturer service portals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Relevant qualifications or manufacturer training are desirable but not essential

• Full time/ Permanent/ Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm (paid call‑out on rota and overtime available)
