Mainspring Recovery is seeking a dedicated Counselor or Counselor Supervisee to join our residential treatment team in Dumfries. This role centers on group facilitation and recovery-focused engagement with adults 18+.
You will lead groups, conduct intake assessments, and provide 1:1 sessions while collaborating with the broader clinical and case management teams. The position is part-time, hourly, and on-site, with evening hours Sunday-Thursday.
