Salary & Benefits

Annual earnings from £29,913 based on 39 hours per week. Pay rate during training of £14.75 per hour.

Joining bonus – £500 after 4 weeks, £1,000 after 12 months, another £1,000 after 24 months.

• Drive the coach safely, confidently and smoothly across the network.
• Deliver top‑notch customer service; welcome passengers, answer questions, keep them safe and comfortable.
• Ensure every customer has a great journey and is treated with respect and care.
• Work flexible shifts – early, mid, late, evenings, weekends.

• 21 years of age or older.
• Held a PCV licence for longer than 1 year.
• Coaching experience is preferred but not essential.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Patient, safe, courteous driving approach.
• Positive, friendly attitude and passion for customer service.
• Willingness to learn and be part of a team.

Co‑operative supportive environment at the Dumfries outstation managed by Glasgow depot. Operate a fleet of 7 coaches on X74 service with a team of 15 drivers.

Ongoing training with CPC renewal costs covered. Opportunities to grow into roles such as Inspector, Controller, Instructor, and others across the UK.
