Coach Driver – X74 service (Dumfries)

• Pay rate during training of £14.75 per hour.
• Annual earnings of £29,913 based on 39 hours per week.
• Shift patterns of early, mid and late on a rolling rota.

• Drive our fleet safely, smoothly and confidently.
• Ensure every customer has a great journey and top‑notch customer service.
• Create a welcoming environment where customers feel respected, cared for and looked after, especially those who rely on us most.
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

• 21 years old and hold a PCV licence.
• Minimum of 1 year coach experience.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Patient, safe and courteous driving approach.
• Positive, friendly attitude and passion for delivering great customer service.
• Willingness to learn and be part of a brilliant team.

• Ongoing training with CPC renewal costs covered.
