Are you 18yrs+, hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and ready to make an impact? We're looking for an Ecommerce Operations Assistant to support our fast‑paced warehouse operations. From order picking to inventory control and returns, you'll be at the heart of keeping things running smoothly.

• Rotate across teams to support all areas of the warehouse
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with precision
• Handle stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and set up new products
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and order pickers
• Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and housekeeping

• Team spirit and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Warehouse experience (preferred) and strong attention to detail
• Basic literacy, numeracy, and good computer skills (Excel & email)
• Willingness to work across sites and lift up to 50 lbs
