Outbound Ecommerce Operations Assistant

As an Operations Assistant, you will:

• Maintain cleanliness of the facility and keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately, ensuring parcels are securely packaged and sent on time.
• Use scanners to locate and process items quickly and efficiently.
• Operate machinery (training provided) to reduce manual handling.
• Label and prepare packages at the consigning desk for smooth shipment.
• Ensure every order is ready for despatch ahead of collection times.
• Consistently meet company standards for quantity and quality of work performed.
• Carry out all tasks in full compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain strict adherence to health and safety requirements in a busy, fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to become multiskilled across various departments.
• Uphold company expectations regarding workplace behaviour, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture by supporting colleagues and fostering a collaborative environment.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Forklift/Bendi training.
• Driver’s licence.
• Flexibility to do occasional overtime when required.
