Lawson Adventure Park & Resort is currently looking for an experienced Line Cook to give great meals and service to guests at the Adventure Basecamp Bar & Grill House. This position is great for someone with leadership skills who is looking to grow as a "mountain professional".
* NOTE:
For those from out-of-state or those looking to relocate to this area, housing is exceptionally challenging to find in this area.
- Prep food items and daily sanitation/food check
- Prepare food to specs
- Fry, sauté, and flat top
- Performs inventory checks and storage logs
- Maintain Food Handlers Certification, such as Serv Safe
- Strong organizational skills and great with guest services
- Can accommodate large parties for events of 50+ people
- Part-time
- $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
- SIGN ON BONUS: $150 after full 90 work days completed
- Health Insurance (Blue Shield) after completing a full 90 work days
- PTO after completing a full 90 work days

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
We are a family-friendly mountain resort in the Colorado Rocky Mountains! We are open year-round and have fully furnished cabins and camping yurts for guests to stay in. For activities we offer whitewater rafting, ATV tours, guided fishing trips, via ferrata guided mountain climb & zipline in the summer. In the winter we have guided snowshoeing trips and ice fishing! We also have our Adventure Basecamp Bar & Grille House which has a full service bar, coffee service, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner options.

CCMRD & Loveland Ski Area day pass
During summer LAP&R offers day passes to the local Recreation Center. During the winter LAP&R offers a day pass to Loveland Ski Area.
