Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

• Support the Supervisor with the day-to-day coordination and management of industrial operatives.
• Lead, motivate and support team members to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.
• Assist with planning and allocating daily workloads.
• Oversee industrial cleaning activities across the station, including pumps, tanks, pressure washing and general site cleanliness.
• Assist with the preparation and review of risk assessments and RAMS.
• Carry out workplace inspections, audits and compliance checks.
• Deliver toolbox talks, briefings and safety communications.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company, site and Health & Safety requirements.
• Monitor standards of work, housekeeping and safe working practices, addressing issues and escalating where appropriate.
• Identify and support opportunities for continuous improvement across the station.
• Promote a positive safety culture and lead by example.

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• Previous experience working in an industrial environment.
• Experience in industrial cleaning or a similar environment is desirable.
• Strong communication, leadership and people skills.
• A good understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
• Confidence working with colleagues, management and client representatives.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team while taking responsibility for delivering high standards.
