Visitor & Retail Assistant Belhaven Brewery

As a Visitor Experience & Retail Assistant you will create memorable and enjoyable brewery experiences for every visitor while supporting the smooth operation of the Belhaven Brewery site and shop. Your day-to-day will involve welcoming guests delivering engaging tours maintaining retail and cellar standards and ensuring everything runs safely and efficiently. Youll play a key role in supporting your team by working collaboratively across departments and contributing to an exceptional visitor offering.

Working hours: Every Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM.

Qualifications :

Your role as Visitor Experience & Retail Assistant...

• Deliver an outstanding visitor experience through meet & greet guided tours and storytelling
• Support retail operations including sales merchandising and accurate cash handling
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness presentation and cellar upkeep (including weekly line cleaning)
• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed and visitors are briefed appropriately
• Assist with events promotions and general site operations as required

What youll bring

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role ideally within retail hospitality or tourism
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm welcoming approach
• Confidence handling cash using tills/EPOS systems and delivering sales
• Ability to work flexibly prioritise tasks and adapt to different duties
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn take initiative and support the wider team
