Hoosier Energy seeks a Senior Contract Specialist to manage the full spectrum of contract administration, from execution to compliance. With a minimum of 10 years in contract management and supply chain, you will also oversee a Purchasing Analyst Administrator. The role involves vendor risk assessments and the development of strategic supply plans while ensuring compliance with CIP-013 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate, negotiate, and administer diverse contract types

• Supervise the Purchasing Analyst Administrator's activities

• Develop strategic and tactical purchasing objectives

• Participate in vendor assessment committees for risk mitigation

• Train Purchasing Agents on execution procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply management or business

• 10-15 years of relevant contract management experience

• Strong communication abilities across organizational levels

• Demonstrable problem-solving and decision-making skills

• ISM or APICS certification preferred
