Become an integral part of Hexagon Mining's engineering team as an Engineering Coordinator. This semi-technical role focuses on supporting project management, monitoring processes, and facilitating team task management.
The Engineering Coordinator supports the Engineering Manager in defining projects and tracking their execution. You'll work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and project managers to monitor technical tasks and ensure quality deliverables. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for fostering collaboration in this diverse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Engineering Manager in project definition
• Track and report on technical project execution
• Facilitate internal task management methodologies
• Plan and support milestone demonstrations and acceptance testing
• Monitor and report on product and quality health
Requirements:
• Strong written and oral English communication skills
• Excellent people and organizational skills
• Prior experience with technical project management
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Familiarity with remote and hybrid team dynamics
