In this role, you will facilitate all purchasing activities, from engaging suppliers to resolving invoice issues. Your primary focus will involve managing the procurement process while adhering to budgetary and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Process and convert purchase requisitions to orders
• Manage the full cycle of purchase order documentation
• Expedite orders to ensure compliance with timelines
• Coordinate supplier communication and issue resolutions
• Support accounts payable in invoicing issues
Requirements:
• High school diploma with at least 5 years of admin experience
• Degree or diploma in relevant fields preferred
• Strong communication and organizational capabilities
• SAP experience highly desirable
