Country Grocer in Chemainus is searching for an Assistant Front End Manager to join our team! As the backbone of the department, our ideal candidate will help inspire, motivate and lead their team towards success alongside the Front End Manager. • You have a minimum 2 years’ supervisory or management experience in a Front-end department
• You’re available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

• Reporting to the Store Manager and Front End Manager, you’ll help oversee daily operations of the Front-End department to ensure an exceptional level of customer service is maintained
• You’ll hire, train, manage and motivate a team to ensure efficiency and productivity
• You’ll support daily scheduling needs and coordination
• You’ll support ordering and inventory of lottery and tobacco
• You’ll support with communicating to your team on performance, policies and pertinent issues

Pay: CA $23.50-CA $30.00 per hour

Starting Range: $23.50-$25.25
Most new team members start within this range, depending on their experience and skills.

Growth Range: Up to $30.00
