Your role will involve actively promoting ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed sales targets. Enjoy comprehensive training, including assistance to obtain your Level 1 General Insurance License within your first month.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with clients and auto dealership partners
• Actively sell insurance products to meet performance targets
• Process auto insurance transactions including renewals and transfers
• Upsell additional insurance products to enhance client value
• Manage administrative tasks and support branch operations
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Self-starter mentality with a competitive drive
• Detail-oriented and organized in multitasking
• Customer-first approach with an outgoing personality
• Level 1 Insurance License is a plus
