Paladin Security is hiring a Casual First Aid Attendant to assist on an active construction site. This role focuses on offering immediate medical support, maintaining a safe atmosphere, and delivering first aid care effectively. You will utilize your strong written communication skills to document incidents and provide excellent customer service to all site personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first aid response in medical emergencies
• Maintain a calm and safe environment on-site
• Write detailed and accurate incident reports
• Interact with staff and clients with professionalism
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Requirements:
• Previous experience as an OFA3 First Aid Attendant
• Valid EMR or OFA 3 certificate required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills and professionalism
• Ability to remain calm and react quickly
