Experienced Project Estimator

Position: Experienced Project Estimator Needed
We are seeking an experienced Project Estimator to support deep foundation projects. Leverage your expertise in risk assessment and client communication while working closely with our Pre-Construction Manager.

In this pivotal role, you will navigate complex project estimates, conduct thorough reviews of plans, and contribute to proposals for a variety of urban civil projects. You will manage the estimation process independently while maintaining oversight from the Pre-Construction Manager. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 5 years in related fields and experience with quality assurance in construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act independently on most proposal estimates

• Evaluate project plans and specifications thoroughly

• Identify and communicate potential project risks

• Support the team in developing project execution plans

• Provide concise feedback to clients post-proposal

Requirements:

• 5+ years managing urban civil construction projects

• Technical diploma or relevant industry experience

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and project management

• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities

• Valid Driver's License
