You'll guide students with various abilities while adhering to both the BC Ministry of Education and Waldorf curricula. The position involves interaction with parents, ongoing professional development, and successful participation in school festivals and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive annual, unit, and lesson plans

• Create inclusive learning spaces and maintain IEPs

• Organize classroom materials and prepare lessons

• Engage with parents through regular communication

• Supervise during lunch, recess, and after school

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education and B.C. Teaching Certificate

• Waldorf teacher training and relevant teaching experience

• Strong interpersonal skills and classroom management

• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

• Desire for ongoing professional development
