Empower students as an Education Assistant with Heritage Christian Online School in a part-time role for the 2026-27 academic year. Provide holistic mentorship in the family home.
In this role, you will connect with students to support their social, spiritual, and academic needs. Collaborate closely with teaching staff and parents to tailor learning experiences that meet each student's unique requirements while actively assisting in IEP goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the whole-person development of students
• Engage students individually or in small groups
• Team with staff and parents for personalized education
• Aid in the implementation of IEP goals alongside support teams
Requirements:
• Background in Education or behavior intervention preferred
• Open to candidates with diverse educational backgrounds
• Certified Educational Assistant certificate is a plus
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills
• Technological proficiency in educational tools
