Join Cowichan Active Rehabilitation as a full-time Kinesiologist in Duncan, British Columbia. This role focuses on assessing physical function and designing personalized rehabilitation plans for diverse clients.

As a Kinesiologist, you will work directly in clinic settings, evaluating clients and creating tailored exercise programs. Responsibilities include guiding safe movement interventions, monitoring progress, adjusting treatment plans, and collaborating with other health professionals. Educating clients on self-management and injury prevention is key, while ensuring confidentiality and a positive clinic environment are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients' physical functions and needs

• Design individualized exercise and rehabilitation programs

• Guide clients through movement-based interventions

• Monitor and adjust treatment plans regularly

• Collaborate with a team of health professionals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or related field

• Knowledge of physical therapy and rehabilitation concepts

• Strong assessment and program design skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in clinical documentation and scheduling systems
